RAM LADOO

Ingredients

Moong dal 1 cup
Channa dal 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Hing 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1' piece
Green chili 1
Onion 1
Mint chutney 2-3 tbsp
Amchoor chutney 2-3 tbsp
Oil for frying.

Method

Soak dals for 6-8 hours.
Strain all the water .
Dry grind dal with rest of the ingredients for at least 15 min to get fluffy and light ladoo.

Fry on slow heat till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney.
