JALEBI WITH RABRI

Ganesh ji visarjan day ... thought of making something different from the modak... so prepared jalebies & rabri.... as a bhog...

Ingredients

1 cup maida 
2 tbsp sooji
2 tbsp rice flour
1/4 cup curd
warm water as required to make a flowing batter
Ghee for frying

For sugar syrup

2 cups Sugar
1 cup water
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Method 

Mix all the ingredients for jalebi and keep aside to ferment for 24 hrs.
After 24 hrs whisk it nicely.


in a pan make sugar syrup of 1 thread.
Make jalebies .
Soak it into sugar syrup for 2-3 mintutes. 

Serve hot with rabri
