PAPER PLAIN DOSA


Ingredients

Urad dal(split black lentil) 1/2 cup
Rice 1/2 cup
Rice flour 3/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Water as required

Method

Soak rice and dal separately for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Drain the water and add rice and dal with rice flour in a blender and blend in a smooth with by adding water as required.it will take around 10 minutes ....
Add salt and make crispy dosa...
Serve hot with chutney and sambar...
