Ingredients
Milk powder 1 cupMilkMaid 1/2 cup
Ghee 1-2 tbsp
Milk 2-3 tbsp(hot milk and add few sprigs of saffron)
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Gulukand 4 tbsp
Almonds for garnish
Method
In a nonstick pan take add ingredients and mix well.First it will a liquidy .
Cook on sim and forms a dough type .
Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Take small bowls .Make a well in center and add gulukand and cover it like peda.
Press from center and top with almond.
