CHILI PANEER DRY

Every time i make chili paneer , paneer gets soggy.... after many trials now i can make a perfect crisp paneer.... Its just take the same as we have at restaurants...


Take 200 gm paneer
Cornflour 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
Whole dry red chilies 2
Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Onion diced 1
Capsicum diced 1
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying

Mix paneer & cornflour with 1/2 tsp salt 
Toss and fry till golden brown
Take a pan. Add oil garlic and whole chilies.
Let then leave flavor in oil.(30sec)
Add onions and capsicum.
Add all the sauce and sugar .
Mix paneer and toss till it is coated well with the sauce .
Serve hot.. with hakka noodles
