PIZZA HUT STYLE VEGGIE CRUNCH PIZZA

After so many trials finally got crisp corners with fluffy inside pizza... After trying this you will never order from pizza hut... and can save money by making at home.... :)



Ingredients

Warm water 113ml
Milk powder 20gm
Salt 1/4 tsp
All purpose flour 170gm
Sugar 1 tsp
Active dry yeast 1 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 1/3 cup (for greasing pan)

Topping

Onions 1 diced
Capsicum 1 diced
mozzarella cheese as required

Sauce

Tomato sauce 1/3 cup(blanch 3 tomatoes and mash them or blend in mixi)
Fresh oregano 1/4 tsp
Dry basil 1/4 tsp
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Method(for dough)

Take warm water add sugar and yeast.
Leave to activate for 10 min.
In a bow take dry ingredients add oil and activated yeast.
Kneed it for 10 min .
Add 1 tsp of oil if the dough is very stick.
After 10 min it will be a soft dough
In  9" pans,put oil making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin,
roll out dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in pan.
Brush little oil on the the edges .
Place in warm area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Raised base...

Method(for sauce)

Combine ingredients and let sit for 1 hour.

Method

Pre heat Microwave convection mode at 200 degree for 10 min.
Take out the fermented dough and spread the sauce .
Arrange veggies and top with mozzarella and bake it keeping on low rack for 20 min on 200 degrees and then grill for 3 minutes .







Serve hot !!!

**You can add any veggies or even grilled chicken ..
