Ingredients
Tomatoes 4 medium
Garlic cloves 4
Curry patta 8 leaves
Coconut milk powder 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Besan / gram flour 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 slit / 1 tsp Red chili powder
Water 450 ml
Salt as per taste
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Method
In a pressure cooker add tomatoes , garlic and 400 ml water.
Cook till one whistle.
Mash and strain in a strainer.
Take the rest of water and warm it and add coconut milk powder.
In a pan add oil and cumin.
Add curry patta and green chilies.
Add besan and cook for 20 sec.
Add tomato juice and coconut milk.
Cook on med for 10 min.
Add Coriander leaves & sugar .
Off the flame and add lemon juice. Serve hot.
