HAKKA NOODLES

With the practice  ... i always get perfect taste of noodles.... and its tastes better than the market ones...Fresh homemade noodles ...

Ingredients

Chings hakka noodles 1 pkt
Garlic 4 cloves chopped
Onion 1 sliced
Cabbage 1 cup shredded
Capsicum 1 sliced
Oil
Salt as per taste
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp

Method

Boil noodles with salt and oil as per instructions give on back of pack.
In a kadai take oil & saute garlic.
Add rest of the vegetables .
Saute on high and add noodles.
Add vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce.
Add salt.
Mix well 
Serve hot with chili paneer...

Note 
You can add paneer pieces , sprouts, mushrooms etc.
