Ingredients
FOR DOUGH
All purpose flour(maida) 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp

FOR FILLING**
Cabbage 1/2 cup(chopped)
Carrot 1/4 cup(chopped)
Onion 1 small (chopped)
Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)
Paneer 1/4 (chopped)
Salt as per taste
Pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp

FOR CHILLI GARLIC DIP
Red dry chilli 4Vinegar 1 tbsp
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1(blanched)**
Cashew nut powder 1 tbsp
METHOD
Knead the dough and keep aside for 15 min & cover with a wet cloth.
Add all the vegetables except paneer.
Saute on high for 2-3 min.
Add paneer , soya sauce , salt & pepper.
Toss on high for a minute and remove from fire.
Soak red chillies in vinegar & sugar till you make the filing.
Add tomato ,garlic , salt , cashew nut powder & give a nice blend to make a smooth paste.
Roll the dough in a cylindrical shape and cut 15 equal size balls.
Roll each in a small round shape and fill the filling & give a momos shape.
Meanwhile, boil water in the steamer .
Arrange the momos in then and steam for 10-15 min until they turn transparent.
Serve Hot With Chilli Garlic Dip...
Note
**You can use any filling. Any vegetables or minced chicken or meat.
**Blanching means boil water in a pan take tomato make cross sigh on the top eye f tomato
& put in boiling water for 3-4 minutes as we need to remove the skin of tomatoes.
Take out after 4 min and leave for 10 min till it comes to room temperature .
Skin will come out easily..
