Serve 4
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cream 1/4 cup
Cashew nut powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
In a bowl add all the ingredients of IInd marinate n mix well.
Add the chicken pieces only without the whey i.e the liquiq from the first marinate.
Add oil.
Cover with a cling film .
Marinate overnight or atleast for 8 hours.
Take it out 30 min before cooking.
Take a heavy bottom kadai.
Add the chicken with the marinate and cook on high till it becomes dry stirring continuously.
Pre heat microwave convection mode at 180 degree .
Arrange on high rack covered with foil .
Then grill for 10- 15 min by changing sides in between
Brush with butter in between.
Serve hot with mint chutney n onions..
