PUNJABI DHABA STYLE TARI WALE ANDE(EGG CURRY)

Serve 3

Ingredients

Egg 3(hard boiled)**

Tomato pureed of 2 toamtoes
Onion pureed 1 med
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped  1 tsp
Garlic 4 cloves (chopped)


Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chicken masala 1tsp
Ghee/oil 2 tbsp
Water 1 1/2 cups

Method

Take ghee in a pan.

Add cumin seeds

Add Coriander leaves & chilies.
Add onion paste. Cook till brown.


Add garlic.



Add tomato puree and ginger paste.

Add all the spices.

Add 1/2 cup of water and cook on slow for 5-7 min.

Its will be thick.

Add the eggs & remaining water (1 cup).

Cook on slow for 5 min.

Serve hot.

Note

**I used only white part of egg and discard the yolk as i dnt like it . u can add whole egg.
