Lemon Coriander Soup

ingredients

cabbage chopped 1/4 cup
onion chopped 1/4 cup
carrot chopped 1/4 cup
garlic minced 1 tbsp
coriander chopped 1/4 cup
lemon juice 1-2 tbsp(as per taste)
oil 1tsp
salt (add less as salt is already there in stock)
black pepper
1tsp cornlour(mix with half cup of stock)*
veg stock 3 cups

method
add oil
garlic & onion .
saute for 1 min
add all the vegetables
sate for 2 min
add stock
peper
salt(taste first then add salt if needed)
add cornflour mix n boil on high for 2 min
add coriander
remove from flame add lemon juice and serve immediately else coriander leaves will start turning black.


Note

*can increase cornflour if u like more thick
