Serve 4
Tomato 1 big(pureed)
Capsicum 1/2(chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Paneer 200gm
Ajwain 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp(heaped)
Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
Butter/Ghee 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Add butter & ajwain.
Cook for 1/2 min.
Add onions & let them turn pink not brown.
Add ginger garlic paste .
Add capsicum & saute for 2-3 min.
Sim the gas.
Add all the dry spice
Cook for 1/2 min . **
Add tomato puree and water.
First cook on high for 2 min & then sim for 5 min.
Then add paneer and mix well.
Switch the flame off and add kasoori methi & serve hot with Roomali Roti or plain chappati.
Note
**Keep stirring . Don't burn the spices... if u find then burning immediately add tomato puree.
