Ingredients

Paneer 1 cup(Crumbled)**
Thick yogurt 1/3 cup
Condensed milk 1/3 cup(can increase to 1/2 cup according to taste)
Gelaton 1tsp(dissolved in 2tsp water for 10 min and then microwave for 10-15 sec)
Lemon zest 1/4tsp
Lemon juice 3/4 tbsp

FOR BASE CRUST
Digestive biscuit 5-6
Butter melted 3 tsp

Sugar 1/2 cup(powdered)
Method
Crush biscuit in a blender and add melted butter.
Line a muffin tin with liners or line a loose bottom tin with butter paper and
fill it with the biscuit mix and press it tight with spoon.
Keep in freezer till u make the cheesecake mixture.

CHEESECAKE MIXTURE
In a mixi jar add paneer & curd .
Blend it till creamy.
Add Condensed milk and blen again.
Add lemon zest and lemon juice and give a blend again.
Add gelaton and blen and pour over the biscuit layer.
I made it in individual portion u can make it in a loose bottom baking tin.

GARNISH
Heat sugar till caramelize(dark brown)
Take a laddle .
Rub few drops of oil .
Make sugar bowls with help of folk.

Chill for 20 Minutes in freezer and then minimum for 1 1/2 hour in refrigerator .. or till u serve ....
