MATHURA PEDA (JANMASHTAMI SPECIAL)

Serve 4

Ingredients 


Khoya/Mawa 2 cups**
Sugar 2 cups(powdered)
Eliche 1 tsp
Ghee 1-2 tbsp
Milk 2 tbsp(if required)

Method

Add khoya in the pan .
Saute till brown.
In between add ghee.
At last add milk & cook till it mix well.
Remove from fire .
Add the sugar and eliche & mix well.

Give shape of peda & serve.


Note 

I made instant khoya at home
1 cup milk powder

1 cup thick cream
Mix well

Microwave on high for 2 min 30 sec
Stir in between .
