PANEER TIKKA ROLLS


For Dough

1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
milk to kneed it 1/4 cup

For Filling

onion 1 (diced)
Capsicum 1small (diced)
paneer 1 cup (cubed)

Marinate

hung curd 3tbsp
kashmiri red chilli 1tbsp
salt
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
bar be que masala 1tsp(ready made)
oil 1tsp

Dressing 

Onion 1
vinegar 1 tbsp
kashmiri red chilli 1tsp
salt
chaat masala 1tsp


Method

kneed dough keep aside for 10 min
marinate the paneer onion and capsicum for 1/2 hour in refrigerator

After 1/2 hour
in a non stick pan add paneer with all the marinate n cook on high for 5 min
remove and keep aside
divide dough in 4 balls
make thin chapaties without oil

mix onion vinegar red chilli salt n chaat masala
take one chapati add filling

add the dressing onions and roll it.



Serve immediately with ice tea.

NOTE
**if u like sour taste u can add few drops of lemon
