HOMEMADE MATKA KULFI

Making dishes and desserts in earthen pots tastes totally different.... Many years ago people use to cook in earthen pots only... it has many nutrition values and gives a kind of aroma thats makes d dish more tasteful ........ So here presents matka kulfi...



Its perfect for festive season and can be served individually...


Ingredients

Milk 500 ml
Khoya 1/2 cup(i used homemade)
Milkmaid 1/4 cup
Cardamom 1
Pistachio & cashew nuts as required

Method

Boil milk till it remains 3/4.
Add cardamom , khoya & milkmaid.
Cook on med for 15-20 min.
Cool slightly and pour over the pot.
Cover with foil paper and freeze overnight.

Serve chilled..
