SWEET GRAPES


Ingredients 

Milk  1 liter
Curd  1/2 cup
Food Color red , green , yellow(2 drops each)
Suji/maida 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 750 gm
Water 1 inch above the sugar level

Method

Bring milk to boil.
Add curd and stir continuously till the whey separates.
I a muslin cloth put the chenna/paneer and hug to get rid of the excess .

Add 1/2 tsp suji/maida.
Kneed it well.
Divide mixture in 4 parts and add color in the 3 parts and leave 1 as while only.
Make into small cylindrical shapes.

Heat sugar and water till bubble comes.
Add the rasgullas in the water and cook on high for 20 min.
If u feel sugar syrup is drying add little more water in between.

Soak the rasgullas for 4-5 hours.
Then take out from the sugar syrup and put in a bowl.
Serve chilled

CHAUPAti STYLE PAV BHAJI.... BAMBAI STYLE...

Bambai style pav bhaji..... chaupati style.... yummmy bhaji made on tawa...
Butterly yummmyl.... :)


Ingredients

Capsicum 1 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 2 chopped & 1 pureed
Cauliflower 1/2 cup chopped in small florets
White peas 1/2 cup boiled
Potato 2 med boiled & mashed
Pumpkin 100gm chopped
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Salt as per taste
Tumeric 1/2 tsp**optional
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
Butter 3-4 tbsp
Water 1 cup or more as required

Method

Heat a big tawa/ wok.

Add capsicum and little water.

With a masher mash the capsicum .
Let it cook for 5 min



Add cauliflower.

Add water and cook for 5-7 min mashing continuously.
Add tomatoes , salt & Tumeric.



Add 1 tbsp butter.

Add coriander.
Add potatoes & pumpkin and little water.
Let it cook for 4min.

Add peas & again cook it for 2 min.

Remove all the bhaji in a corner .

Add 1 tbsp butter in the middle & add onion and ginger garlic paste.

Add red chili powder & pav bhaji masala .


Mix all the bhaji .
Add remaining butter and coriander and pureed tomato and mix well.










Serve hot with pav.

SWEET LIME AND POMEGRANATE DRINK

Glass full of fiber , vitamin c , antioxidants.. .... to beat the heat of delhi..... only 4 ingredients are required.. it taste absolutely amazing and contains very less calorie... its a a filler  drink(juice).

Its such an refreshing drink.... yummlicious..... :)


Ingredients

Sweet Lime 5
Pomegranate 1
Black salt 1/4 tsp
Ice cubes as required

Method

In an electric citrus juicer take out the juice of sweet limes and pomegranate .
Take out in a jug .
Add black salt & ice cubes..
Serve immediately and chilled...



NOTE

**You can add roasted cumin powder , black pepper...

MOCHA FRAPPE

This is my creation of mocha frappe. everyone in my family loves it .I am a coffee lover. can have any kind of coffee... even have tried at many places but i likes my version the most ... Its simple and made from scratch ...
After having this you will never buy from ccd, barista , costa coffee or starbucks.... :)


Ingredients

Instant Coffee Powder 2 tbsp
Hot Water 2 tbsp
Chocolate Sauce 2 tbsp
Slim Milk  1 1/2 cup
Ice Crushed or Cubes as required

Method

Brew the coffee by adding hot water.
In a jar add milk and ice cubes.
Give a nice blend.
Add brewed coffee and again give a nice blend .
Add 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup and again give a nice blend.
In a tall glass decorate it with the remaining chocolate sauce and pour the coffee over it..
Serve chilled.





Note
** You can add sugar if required.
**You can have a scope of vanilla ice cream.

KFC STYLE VEG RICE BOWL WITH VEG STRIPS





Ingredients

1 cup basmati rice
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
2 green chillies
4 pods of garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
1 clove
2-3 black peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
Few Coriander leaves, chopped
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cups water
Salt to taste

Method

Boil the rice in water by adding 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Drain and keep aside.
Slice the onion and chop the tomatoes. Put the tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilies in mixer grinder.


Let’s start making gravy now. Heat oil in a pan, and stir fry the sliced onion. Take out the onion from the pan




and allow it to cool down. When the onion completely cools down, add this into the ingredients for mixer
grinder (tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chilies). Make a fine puree out of it.
Reheat the same pan, in which onion was fried. Add clove and peppercorns and gradually mix prepared puree in it.


 Add salt and cover the pan, leave to cook on a low flame for about 5-6 minutes, till the gravy thickens
 and a nice color comes out of it. Stir in spices and some chopped coriander leaves. Gravy is ready for making rice bowl.

Divide the cooked rice in 2 portions and mix half of the cooked rice in gravy. Keep the remaining rice aside,
as they will be used for further serving.





veg strips


Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (boiled and mashed)
2 tablespoon carrot, (peeled and finely chopped)
2 tablespoon sweet corns
breadcrumbs of 2 bread
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cornflour
1 tablespoon maida (all-purpose flour)
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Instructions

Boil the corns and carrot and drain aside.
Take 2 bread slices and pulse it finely for making perfect bread crumbs.

For making veg strips, mash the boiled potatoes in a big bowl, add 2 tbsp breadcrumbs




and spices in it. Also add boiled corns, carrot and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix the cornflour and maida in a separate bowl, add about 1/2 cup of water and make a lump free batter.

Use rest of the bread crumbs for coating.
Now mix the potato mixture very well with your hands and start making oval shaped strips.
Dip the veg strips in the prepared flour batter and coat from all the sides with remaining bread crumbs. 

Put the strips in refrigerator for
Deep fry the strips in good amount of hot oil on a medium flame, till turns crispy and little browned.
